Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Certified CSSA
  • Should have experience in CPM and Smart Disputes framework
  • Min 8+ yrs. of Exp in implementing PEGA projects
  • Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions
  • Very good communication skills
  • Ability to engage with customer effectively
  • Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements
  • Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy
  • Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem
  • Help create road map for the project
  • Provide technical leadership to project team
  • Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
  • Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation
  • Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings

Technical/Functional Skills:

  • Pega CSSA, CPM framework, Card Disputes Framework
