Roles & Responsibilities:
- Certified CSSA
- Should have experience in CPM and Smart Disputes framework
- Min 8+ yrs. of Exp in implementing PEGA projects
- Experience in designing and architecting PEGA solutions
- Very good communication skills
- Ability to engage with customer effectively
- Engage with customer SME / Architect and understand pain areas / project requirements
- Create functional Design, Construct Class Hierarchy and Object Models, Define Test Strategy
- Design / Architect PEGA solution for customer problem
- Help create road map for the project
- Provide technical leadership to project team
- Derive and enforce best practices in PEGA architecture / design / coding
- Work on multiple to provide technical leadership on PEGA project implementation
- Help enable PEGA experts to next level by way of mentoring / taking trainings
Technical/Functional Skills:
- Pega CSSA, CPM framework, Card Disputes Framework
