Job Overview:
We are looking for a strategic and results-oriented Delivery Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of digital projects Pega Transformation & Omni Channel CJA. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure the successful execution of projects from initiation to delivery.
Responsibilities:
1.Project Planning and Execution:
• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of digital projects, with a focus Pega Transformation & Omni Channel CJA.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
2.Team Leadership:
• Provide leadership and direction to cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration and a positive team culture.
• Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals and meet client expectations.
3. Client Engagement:
• Engage with clients to understand their digital objectives and requirements.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns proactively.
7.Technology Trends:
• Stay informed about the latest trends and advancements in Pega Transformation & Omni Channel CJA.
• Provide recommendations for adopting new tools or methodologies to enhance project delivery.
8.Performance Metrics:
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital projects.
• Provide regular reports on project status, performance, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
• Any bachelor’s degree, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Delivery Lead or similar role, with a focus on Pega Transformation & Omni Channel CJA.
• Strong understanding of digital technologies, trends, and user experience principles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
Preferred Skills:
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile certification is a plus.
