Position Description:

Supporting existing application (legacy Pega product)

Computer Telephone Integration based (CTI) work

Supporting infrastructure around CTI component

Providing in house support (currently use Pega vendor) so this role will require you to be in house point person to assist

May also help support Guided Personal Services team as needed

 

 

Required Skills:

Pega background

Experience with computer telephone integration

Back-end experience

CISCO/Avaya experience

Infrastructure background

 

Bonus Skills:

Salesforce experience

 

Notes:

Client isn’t looking for application developers, more so looking for someone who has infrastructure experience.
