Key Responsibilities:
PRPC Base Product Experience:
Utilize at least 4 years of experience in PRPC base product with hands-on experience in integration services such as web services, JMS, MQ series, and various frameworks.
Architecture and Database:
Apply hands-on experience in Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) for architecture definition.
Work on database SQL programming to support application functionality.
Methodologies and Client Interaction:
Implement BPM methodologies like SmartBPM and Scrum.
Handle client-facing roles both onsite and offshore, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.
Participate in project estimation and planning activities.
Technical Leadership:
Demonstrate strong technical leadership skills to guide and mentor team members.
Frameworks and Configurations:
Knowledge of Decision Strategy Manager (DSM) and mobile frameworks.
Experience with application server configurations and deployments in complex technical environments.
Certifications:
CSSA (Certified Senior System Architect), CMBB (Certified Methodology Black Belt), or CBA (Certified Business Architect) certifications are highly desirable.
Professional Skills:
Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with clients and team members.
Experience in onshore-offshore delivery models.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to lead and manage technical projects independently.
