Description

Responsibilities:
  • Integrate Pega applications with external APIs, web services and legacy data sources.
  • Participate in requirement gathering sessions and analyze the requirements according to the business needs.
  • Interaction with Business users to understand Use Cases and requirements.
  • Implementing a different design method for the Dropdowns and SLA Logic.
  • Quick turning around to the Incident – Analysis, Debugging, Developing and Resolving.
  • Implement fixes for defects discovered by the quality assurance (QA) testing team.
  • Involved in the Performance review of Application Health Check.
  • Involved in Design of Migrated class Structure and Data Model.
  • Leverage Pega platform features (Extensive use of CSHC Framework (CPM Framework) V7.1.4) that accelerate the pace of software development.
  • Implementing Global Resource Settings for Maintenance of Service Rules.
  • Receive guidance from lead architect on design and implementation tasks to complete.
  • Receive feedback from lead architect on completed tasks, including items requiring correction or improvement.
  • Implement provider search service and member search service.
  • Working on the claims process with FileNet Integration, Complete End to End flow modulations for different LOBs like Medicare, SHP, and Medicaid.
  • Collaborate among cross-functional technical teams to reconcile new business requirements with the integration of legacy systems.
  • Contribute to technical designs, including detailed data flows and data schemas.
  • Operate in an agile software development environment, manage tasks using JIRA - software project tracking tool.
Degree Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Computer information systems, information technology, or a closely related field, or a combination of education and experience equating to the U.S. equivalent of a bachelor’s degree in one of the aforementioned subjects
