Pega Developer

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement PEGA-based solutions for healthcare applications, including case management, workflow automation, and decisioning capabilities.
Hands-on experience in PEGA, Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, and AWS development, ensuring efficient and scalable solutions.
Perform impact analysis of project requirements and create technical requirement specifications.
Configure and customize PEGA applications to meet business requirements, ensuring optimal performance and functionality.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Develop and maintain Java-based applications, services, and APIs using Spring Boot, Hibernate, and other Java frameworks.
