• A Senior System Architect is responsible for the design, architecture, and implementation of PEGA based solutions.

• The technical leader of a project team, responsible for mentoring and monitoring the quality of team member’s deliverables.
• Will be expected to work independently to build out all portions of a BPM application and mentor others to do the same.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• At least 5 years’ experience leading Pega projects
• Pega Lead System Architect Certified
• Experience in enterprise scale application design and development
• Strong experience scoping, planning and delivering projects using iterative software development lifecycles over multiple release cycles
• Experience in J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB, XML, Java), Oracle and/or DB2 and MS/SQL  
• Experience in WebSphere or WebLogic Application Server
• Strong OO experience
• Pega Solution and Architecture of Enterprise Solution Design
• Computer Science, Information Systems or related technical degree
