Responsibilities

Act as a technical and functional lead for Peoplesoft Campus implementation, upgrade, and support projects, leveraging Oracle Cloud expertise to drive project success.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement Peoplesoft Campus solutions that meet client requirements.
Provide technical guidance and oversight to team members, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to project timelines.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, technical specifications, and testing plans.
Conduct fit-gap analysis, identify solutions, and develop functional specifications for Peoplesoft Campus modules.
Configure and test Peoplesoft Campus modules, ensuring seamless integration with other Oracle products and third-party systems.
Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams on Peoplesoft Campus functionality and best practices.
Manage small to medium-sized teams on select projects, providing guidance, feedback, and performance management.
Stay up-to-date with Oracle Cloud roadmap, Peoplesoft Campus releases, and industry trends, applying this knowledge to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Total work experience: 15 years
Relevant experience in Peoplesoft Campus: 12+ years
Experience with Oracle Cloud is mandatory.
Experience in other Peoplesoft modules like HCM and FSCM is an added advantage.
Strong technical and functional knowledge of Peoplesoft Campus, including its architecture, data models, and integration points.
Proven experience in leading teams and managing projects, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
Ability to work independently as an individual contributor and manage teams in select projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with clients, team members, and stakeholders at various levels.
Strong understanding of higher education industry and its unique challenges and requirements.
