Description

Responsibilities:

  • Work on Peoplesoft HCM 9.x Pensions module. Should have good understanding of Personnel administration, Base benefits and NA Payroll
  • Understand and configure pension plans in Peoplesoft, review Calcs, compare with previous pay cycles
  • Using depth of experience, act as the operational focal point in getting new propositions, requiring significant cross-functional resources, from concept stage to successful execution;
  • Bring significant knowledge and experience in the field of retirement income strategies and processes
  • Be a functional expert in retirement income market trends and partner with senior management in assessing opportunities, shaping product strategy/innovation, and building best practices.


EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Legal, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
  • Minimum of 10 years in pensions with 5+ years in Peoplesoft Pensions
