Work on Peoplesoft HCM 9.x Pensions module. Should have good understanding of Personnel administration, Base benefits and NA Payroll
Understand and configure pension plans in Peoplesoft, review Calcs, compare with previous pay cycles
Using depth of experience, act as the operational focal point in getting new propositions, requiring significant cross-functional resources, from concept stage to successful execution;
Bring significant knowledge and experience in the field of retirement income strategies and processes
Be a functional expert in retirement income market trends and partner with senior management in assessing opportunities, shaping product strategy/innovation, and building best practices.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Corporate Finance, Accounting, Actuarial, Legal, or related field, or equivalent training and/or experience
Minimum of 10 years in pensions with 5+ years in Peoplesoft Pensions
