About the Role: Performance Monitoring Engineer - Dynatrace

We are seeking a highly skilled Performance Monitoring Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring the optimal performance and health of our data services utilized across the enterprise. Your expertise in Dynatrace and proven experience within the banking/financial sector will be instrumental in maintaining a seamless and efficient user experience for our customers.

Responsibilities:

Implement and configure Dynatrace technologies to monitor and troubleshoot data service performance issues.
Proactively identify and resolve potential performance bottlenecks within data services.
Deep dive into performance data to identify root causes of incidents and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with development and operations teams to optimize data service performance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynatrace features and best practices.
Develop and maintain comprehensive monitoring dashboards and reports for data services.
Experience working within the stringent regulatory environment of the banking/financial sector is a plus.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Dynatrace Performance Engineer or similar role.
In-depth understanding of Dynatrace capabilities, including OneAgent, Davis AI, and problem determination techniques.
Experience working with data services and technologies commonly used in the financial sector (e.g., databases, messaging systems).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Experience working in a fast-paced, Agile environment.
A background in the banking/financial sector is highly desirable.
