Performance Tester

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in performance testing, with a strong focus on using LoadRunner.

- Experience with various LoadRunner protocols, such as HTTP/HTTPS, Web Services, and others.

- Familiarity with performance testing methodologies and tools.

- Proficiency in LoadRunner, including scripting, execution, and analysis.

- Basic knowledge of programming languages such as C, JavaScript, or similar for script customization.

- Understanding of web technologies, databases, middleware, and network protocols.

- Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Good communication skills, with the ability to present technical information to various stakeholders.

- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
