Role: Perl Script developer

Location: Plano, TX (Day 1 Onsite)

Duration: Contract

Client Rate: $75/hr on C2C

             Looking for 6-8 Yrs of Perl/Shell Scripting development experience.

             Participating in planning the software architecture of new systems spanning multiple teams and platforms

             Unix or Linux command Line

             Deliver high quality, scalable code to solve both tactical and strategic problems.

             Analysis of requirements, high level and detailed design, integration, and implementation activities to support project/service delivery.

             Document design decisions

             Implement software engineering best practices to ensure high quality and efficient development process.        

             Support Product Owner in planning of technical tasks & delivery schedule

             Provide leadership and development guidance to a team of Junior Perl Developers

             Working hands on knowledge of Python skills is good to have.

             Add defensive programming techniques to their mission-critical Perl scripts to avoid failures.

             Should have worked with Onsite and Offshore Execution teams.

             Should have hands on Agile Methodology experience.
