Position Overview

The Pilot Deployment Leader will be responsible for the successful pilot planning, deployment, and implementation and testing of our software solutions in clinical environments. This role requires a combination of technical expertise, project management skills, and experience in healthcare IT. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cloud infrastructure, medical software, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless deployments.

Responsibilities
Assist in planning and executing pilot programs

Plan Coordinate and execute pilot tests of the cloud-based medical software in selected healthcare facilities

Monitor and document the performance, usability, and user feedback during pilot phases

Identify and troubleshoot issues, escalating to the development team when necessary

Gather feedback from end-users and stakeholders to identify opportunities for software improvement

Work closely with the product and development teams to refine features and resolve any identified issues

Develop detailed deployment plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management

Lead the deployment process, ensuring all steps are completed on schedule and within scope

Collaborate with internal and external IT teams to ensure software working with existing systems and infrastructure

Conduct system configurations and optimizations tailored to each facility's needs

Provide hands-on technical support during the deployment phases, resolving issues related to cloud infrastructure, software configuration, and user access

Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including user guides and deployment checklists

Ensure that all deployments adhere to healthcare regulations, such as HIPAA, and maintain high standards of data security and privacy

Qualifications

Proven experience in deploying cloud-based software and hardware, preferably in a healthcare or medical environment

Strong understanding of cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and infrastructure

Familiarity with healthcare IT systems

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues

Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate multiple deployments simultaneously

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders

Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment

Experience with healthcare data security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA
