"Skills and responsibilities:

• At least 10 years of overall IT experience
• 5 years of Application Architecture & Design of enterprise workflow applications using Appian
• 2 to 3 years of implementing large scale decision management architecture /frameworks.
• 2 to 3 years' experience/ exposure of Design and Build of Appian based Workflow and Decision Management capabilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, ability to position solutions in the Architecture forums and steering committees.
• Good Team playing abilities to share workloads/ collaborate positively in a challenging environment. " "
