Power BI Analyst

Responsibilities:

• Lead the transition of all reporting to Power BI, utilizing data from Bullhorn, Open API, and ERP systems.
• Develop and maintain Power BI models, creating new reports and dashboards as needed.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and ensure the accuracy and relevance of reports.
• Utilize SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from various sources for reporting purposes.
• Drive commission payouts by compiling and analyzing financial data using pivot tables in Power BI.
• Provide end-user support, working closely with the sales team and leadership to address any reporting-related issues or queries.
• Conduct data analytics to ensure the integrity and consistency of data, identifying and resolving any discrepancies.
• Engage in daily interactions with the IT department to address technical issues and ensure smooth data operations.
• Report directly to the Director of Finance, providing regular updates on reporting progress and insights.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Power BI, with a proven track record of transforming reporting processes and creating impactful visualizations.
• Strong SQL skills, including the ability to write complex queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
• Experience working with Bullhorn, Open API, or ERP systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of financial data analysis, including commission calculations and pivot table usage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
