Power BI / Crystal Reports Developer

Reverse engineer Crystal Reports and Power BI reports from Asset Suite to design future state reports into consolidated Power BI.
Participate in elaboration and design sessions to understand requirements and translate business needs into technology solutions.
Assist with development of Functional Report Design Documents.
Review Functional Report Design Documents and Technical Report Design Documents for completion.
Provide constructive and honest feedback during sprint retrospectives so we can continuously improve.
Work with the offshore team lead to help drive sprints to completion.
Help clarify stories that will be coming into future sprints.
Remove roadblocks and/or bottlenecks for the offshore team and resolve questions in real time.
Provide technical oversight over object development, ensure appropriate test coverage, and review and approve package migration requests.
