Work closely with key stakeholders to identify reporting needs that will facilitate data-driven decision making
Create and own solutions from requirement gathering to implementation
Build ETL pipelines, datasets, and visualization tools in order to: identify and predict workforce trends; monitor KPIs; and assist with the development and implementation of workforce management and retention programs
Combine data from multiple sources into data models to meet the specific reporting and analysis needs of business leaders
Provide tools, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders
Enhance and automate existing processes to optimize data-delivery
Continuously monitor data in HRIS systems to ensure data integrity and completeness through auditing
Support other strategic initiatives for advanced analytics as needed
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
Experience as a Power BI Developer, Data Analyst, or similar role with a focus on business intelligence
Knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL, including writing queries and/or stored procedures
Experience working with data in MS SQL Server or other relational database software
Experience working with human resources data a plus
Strong written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, presentation skills
Demonstrated organizational skills, detail-oriented, and the ability to multitask under pressure
