Power BI Developer

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Migrate existing Qlik reports and dashboards to Power BI, including PBIX and RDL formats.
• Collaborate with business users to understand their reporting needs and requirements.
• Develop data models and visualizations in Power BI.
• Utilize Power BI features such as DAX, row-level security (RLS), and Power Query.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Power BI reports.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a strong understanding of Power BI features and capabilities.
• Experience with data modeling and visualization techniques.
• Proficiency in DAX, M, and Power Query.
• Understanding of data warehousing and ETL concepts.
• Experience with Qlik (preferred) or other BI tools.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.  
• Experience with PBIX and RDL formats for Power BI reports.
• In-depth knowledge of row-level security (RLS) in Power BI and how to implement it effectively.
