Job Summary:
The Visualization Engineer will be responsible for developing, designing, and implementing data visualization solutions to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs. This position requires a strong background in data visualization, experience with data manipulation, and the ability to develop effective solutions that meet business requirements. The Visualization Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, and provide ongoing support.Key Responsibilities:
Develop, design, and implement data visualization solutions to support business intelligence, reporting, and analytics needs
Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions
Utilize data manipulation techniques to extract and transform data from various sources
Create dashboards and reports that effectively communicate complex data and insights to stakeholders
Collaborate with data analysts and data scientists to ensure data accuracy and quality
Develop automated data visualizations to support ongoing monitoring and reporting needs
Maintain and support existing data visualization solutions.
Data Validation and UAT on the reports.Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields
3+ years of experience in data visualization, business intelligence, or analytics
Strong proficiency in data manipulation, visualization, and reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc.)
Experience with SQL and data modeling
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple prioritiesTeamwork/ growth contribution
Helping the team in taking the Interviews and identifying right candidates
Adhering to timelines
Intime status communication and upfront communication of any risks
Tech, train, share knowledge with peers.
Analytical mind with a problem-solving aptitudePreferred Qualifications:
Experience with one or more programming languages such as Python, R, JS or Java.
Experience in Descriptive statistics.
Familiarity with OLAP, data warehousing, data modeling and ETL processes
Exposure to data science and machine learning concepts
Bachelor's degree
