Role Description:
We are currently seeking a full-time Presales Engineer - AV for a hybrid role that encompasses both on-site and remote work. The Presales Engineer will undertake a variety of responsibilities focused on providing technical support, presales engineering, designing and integrating AV & ELV solutions for clients across the UAE and Saudi Arabia. This role requires occasional travel to these locations as and when required, with the majority of work conducted remotely from home.
Key Responsibilities:
Offer technical support, troubleshooting, and resolution of technical issues.
Engage in presales engineering activities, including solution design and proposal creation.
Demonstrate adept sales skills, consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
Utilize deep integration knowledge to seamlessly integrate diverse systems and technologies.
Apply security expertise to design and implement secure solutions for clients.
Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
Travel to UAE and Saudi Arabia as needed for client meetings, project deployments, and on-site support.
Qualifications:
Proficient in technical support with a proven track record in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
Demonstrated presales engineering capabilities, including the ability to devise innovative solutions and craft compelling proposals for clients.
Strong sales skills with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Comprehensive integration knowledge spanning various systems and technologies.
Expertise in security protocols and experience in implementing secure solutions.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as IT or computer science.
Possession of relevant certifications such as Cisco or ceMicrosoft rtifications is advantageous.
Exceptional communication skills, enabling effective conveyance of technical concepts to clients
