Position Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Pre-Sales Executive to join our team and contribute to the growth of the Ancile Academy. As a Pre-Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential students, understanding their educational goals, and effectively communicating how Ancile Academy can assist them in achieving their aspirations.
Responsibilities:
Engage with prospective students through various channels, such as phone calls, emails, and live chats.
Collaborate with the Admissions and Counseling teams to ensure a smooth transition of qualified leads to the next stages of the student journey.
Document leads details and maintains a comprehensive database.
Establish and nurture positive relationships with prospective students, creating a sense of trust and reliability in Ancile Academy's guidance.
Identify potential leads interested in overseas education and guide them through the initial stages of inquiry.
Conduct in-depth conversations with prospective students to understand their educational objectives and requirements.
Determine their preferred study destinations, courses, and financial considerations.
Provide accurate and relevant information about the services, programs, and offerings of Ancile Academy.
Explain the benefits of studying abroad and how our services can support their journey.
Offer personalized guidance based on the individual needs and aspirations of each prospective student.
Tailor solutions and services to align with their goals.
Qualify and prioritize leads based on their level of interest, eligibility, and readiness to proceed with our services.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to effectively engage and build rapport with potential clients.
