Job Description
This role is for Trivandrum & Cochin Location. Resource needs to be willing to work on a Hybrid model. Preferred candidates from Kerala and Tamilnadu. Looking only for Immediate Joiners.
- The Pre-Sales Lead should have an experience of 5-8 years of experience in bid management and presales support activities.
- Should be able to independently work on proposals, bid responses and provide support in sales support activities.
- The candidate should have excellent communication skills (both verbal & written), business analysis skills, and a good understanding of software development processes and latest technologies.
- To adhere to ISMS Policies and Procedures.
Skills and Competencies

- Bid Management ,Evaluation of client’s business requirements and solutioning
- Proposal/ bid response creation o Coordination with internal/ external stakeholders
- Adherence to processes, timelines and quality guidelines
- Presales Support o Actively engage with sales personnel for business development
- Provide research support/ market intelligence to sales regions
- Provide support to nurture and close business opportunities
- Marketing Support o Create case studies, blogs, etc.
- Provide support for region/ domain events
