Power BI Lead & Architect

Responsibilities:
Lead the design and development of Power BI solutions that align with business objectives and requirements.
Architect end-to-end BI solutions, including data modeling, ETL processes, and visualization techniques.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
Provide technical leadership and guidance to a team of BI developers, ensuring best practices and standards are followed.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of Power BI reports and dashboards to enhance user experience and data accessibility.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in Power BI technology, recommending innovative solutions to drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
Minimum of [X] years of experience in business intelligence and data analytics roles, with a focus on Power BI development and architecture.
Proven expertise in designing and implementing Power BI solutions, including data modeling, DAX calculations, and report/dashboard design.
Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data integration techniques.
Experience with SQL Server, Azure Data Services, and other relevant technologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities, including the ability to mentor and coach junior team members.
Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Power BI or similar credentials are a plus.
