Job Description:

  • Lead and supervise regional service Key Result Areas (KRAs).
  • Manage customer interactions through Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
  • Provide regular progress reports to the Regional Manager on service-related activities.
  • Plan and oversee the scheduling of Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM), repairs, modifications, and billing tasks.
  • Compile and maintain comprehensive technical records.
  • Demonstrate strong technical expertise for effective problem-solving and team management.
