Process Engineer

Interfaces with customers, vendors, in-house sales and manufacturing staff on quality issues, by conducting root cause analysis and developing corrective action.

Observes current conditions and identifies challenges at work centers by collaborating with maintenance and manufacturing in order to develop continuous improvement projects which require engineering involvement from concept to implementation.

Participates and leads USW Lean activities.

Provides technical expertise in all facets of the USW manufacturing process, including productivity, safety, quality and 5S housekeeping.
