  • Struggles more with procurement, pricing and the research needed here.
  • Important skill sets – strong analytics, sense of procurement and process, IT knowledge and experience. Strong negotiation/ research skillsets with vendors and suppliers.
  • Baseline IT deals and negotiation
  • Technical Analytics -pivot run reports, advanced excel, interpret numbers well. Strong understanding of what they’re looking at and what does it mean. (i.e. Cost saving for mobile use analysis). – ask the right questions, what’s in scope and out of it, FCC.
  • Running RFP processes, working with finance and doing pass analysis/ handle end to end once they understand stakeholders
