Qualifications:

• Min 8 Years of IT exp (5 Years with UI UX design)
• Proven experience in ecommerce design.
• Strong understanding of ecommerce best practices and trends.
• Proficiency in Figma design software.
• Experience in Agile Scrum methodology preferred.

• Strong analytical abilities and data-driven approach.

Description:

• We are seeking an innovative and detail-oriented & data driven Ecommerce Designer to design and enhance our ecommerce platforms.
• The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and efficient user experiences, leveraging best practices in ecommerce design.
• Design and Development: Design user-friendly ecommerce platforms with a focus on simplicity, functionality, and visual appeal.
• Ensure consistent branding and aesthetics across all digital touchpoints.
• Optimize designs for mobile and desktop viewing.
• Performance Monitoring and KPI Management:
• Own key ecommerce KPIs including conversion rate, bounce rate, customer acquisition cost, and average order value.
• Utilize attribution modeling and journey mapping to understand customer behavior and enhance the shopping experience.
• Monitor website performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• User Experience Optimization:
• Conduct user research to understand customer needs and preferences.
• Implement A B testing to refine design elements.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
