Leading the development and evolution of our design system, crafting reusable components and guidelines to maintain consistency across products. Spearheading the maintenance and development of our design system.
Owning product design efforts, from concept to implementation, ensuring alignment with user needs and business objectives.
Conducting user research and diving into analytics to gather insights and validate design decisions, ensuring a deep understanding of user behaviors and motivations, translating them into actionable design solutions.
Acting as a user advocate, ensuring that user needs and insights are central to product and design decisions.
Working with cross-functional teams to refine and iterate on product designs, fostering a culture of collaboration.
Mentoring and helping other team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Staying actively engaged within our design community - sharing knowledge, best practices, and insights to drive excellence in design.

You are ready, if you ...

Bring minimum 4 years proven experience as a UX designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful projects and innovative solutions. Experience working in an agile product development environment is preferred.
Have proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch or Adobe XD..
Possess expertise in user research methodologies, usability testing, and data analysis.
Demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas to diverse stakeholders.
Have strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset, with a passion for delivering impactful user experiences.
