Product Manager-AI/ML

Seeking to hire a Product Manager who will be driving the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions for H&H projects, leveraging Snowflake's data platform. This role involves working closely with the Product Owners, Stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality products that meet users' needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate needs to have a strong Product Management background with a focus on Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Also looking for them to have experience working with Snowflake (data platform), along with experience working within Healthcare (particularly working with Healthcare/Clinical Data).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy And Planning

Work with cross-functional stakeholders to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

Conduct customer needs assessment, business process reviews and current/future state gap analysis to create business requirements for analytics solutions

Develop and prioritize product features and requirements based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility

Stakeholder Engagement

Engage with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, data scientists, and IT teams, to gather requirements and feedback.

Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to stakeholders and ensure alignment on goals and expectations.

Project Management

Manage the product backlog, plan sprints, and track progress, driving execution with the technical and business delivery team

Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, data engineers, and QA, to ensure seamless execution and delivery.

Ensure timely delivery of product milestones and adherence to project timelines.

Product Development

Oversee the development and implementation of AI/ML solutions, ensuring they meet quality and performance standards and user expectations.

Develop and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.

User Experience And Design

Work with UX/UI designers to create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for Streamlit applications.

Ensure that the product delivers a seamless and engaging user experience.

Performance Monitoring And Improvement

Monitor product performance using metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement.

Gather user feedback and conduct usability testing to continuously enhance the product.

Propose and implement enhancements to existing products based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.

Experience

Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI/ML or data analytics projects.

Proven experience working with healthcare data, including Epic EMR, is highly desirable.

Strong background in developing and managing products from concept to launch.

Technical Skills

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and other Requirements:

Familiarity with Snowflake or other cloud-based data platforms.

Understanding of AI/ML concepts and their application in healthcare.

Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
