Description

Technical Skills

  • Strong expertise in OOP, .NET, Java, and Android development, with a focus on integrated and semi-integrated POS solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of payment processing, including EMV, tokenization, chargebacks, PCI compliance, and fraud prevention.
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise software design, business process modeling, and user story grooming in tools such as Rally, Jira, and Jira Align.
  • Experience with card-not-present and card-present payment processing.
  • Knowledge of acquirer processing, networks, and US/Canadian payment systems.
  • Familiarity with EMV tags and certification processes, including L3 certification and compliance with payment network mandates.

 
Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 10+ years of product management experience in an Agile software development environment, with a strong focus on customer experience.
  • 10+ years of hands-on experience in technical writing, coding, solution engineering, or technical architecture.
  • Proven track record of managing client accounts, handling escalations, and driving account growth.
  • Deep knowledge of domestic payment networks (e.g., Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Amex).
  • Formal training or certifications in EMV standards are a plus.
