We are looking for an experienced and driven Product Manager to help establish and lead a new team focused on leveraging the Microsoft Power Platform and associated technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of cutting-edge solutions using Power Automate, Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git), and Co-Pilot Studio (formerly Power Virtual Agent).
Must Haves:
·        8+ years of experience as a Product Manager or in a similar role, with a focus on technology-driven products.
·        4+ years of recent project experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) and related automation technologies.
·        Expertise with Co-Pilot (M365, Sales, Git) and Co-Pilot Studio for driving AI and automation initiatives.
·        Proven track record of building and managing teams, especially in a startup or new project environment.
·        Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
·        Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
·        Analytical mindset, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and measure the success of product initiatives.
Nice-to-Have Skills:
·        Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and its integration with the Power Platform.
·        Knowledge of development methodologies (Agile/Scrum) and experience working with engineering teams.
·        Certifications in Microsoft Power Platform or product management disciplines.
