Product Manager

Duties: 1. Identify People Analytics needs from user requests and develop strategies by which to meet those needs.
2. Critically evaluate information from multiple sources and clearly indicate quality of final analysis. Communicate complex data in comprehensible ways.
3. Determine, implement, and evaluate business metrics to meet ongoing organizational or customer information needs.
4. Analyze and report on complex data to meet customer needs.
5. Support HR Anlaytics systems ( OneModel)
Skills: Skillset:
1. Greate story telling skills
2. Analytical thinking and problem solving
3. Work with cross functinoal teams
4. 5 years minimum of experience, 5-7+ preferred
5. Tableau , Working knowledge of People / HR systems, Data analysis
