Description

Requirements:

• B.Pharm with MBA (marketing) is an added advantage

• Excellent command over English, both written and verbal

• Willing to travel and work with field marketing team

• Strong proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

· Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities within the pharmaceutical industry.

· Analyze market data to support decision-making and contribute to the development of product strategies.

 

Product Development Support:

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory affairs, and marketing, to support the development and launch of new pharmaceutical products.

· Assist in managing product life cycles, ensuring products meet regulatory requirements and market demands.

 

Strategic Planning:

· Contribute to the development and implementation of product strategies to achieve business objectives.

· Assist in creating and maintaining product roadmaps aligned with the company's overall strategic goals.

 

Communication and Collaboration:

· Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and research, to ensure effective communication and coordination.

· Assist in preparing product-related presentations and materials for internal and external stakeholders.

 

Customer Engagement:

· Interface with healthcare professionals, key opinion leaders, and customers to gather feedback and insights that involve field work with marketing team.
