Product Manager within Visitation systems

Main task will be to plan and lead either upgrades of existing Visiting Counting products or install a new product in a new location. Starting date can be adjusted slightly and initially (for a few weeks)

Swedish Proficiency

Previous knowledge about Ingka will be beneficial

Manage time, cost, scope and quality (including sequence of activities, scheduling, resource planning, budget control, change control plan, quality assurance etc.)

Previous knowledge about visitation systems is beneficial

 

 

To strengthen our digital capabilities in the visitation area we are looking for an external Digital Project Manager. Main task will be to plan and lead either upgrades of existing Visiting Counting products or install a new product in a new location. Starting date can be adjusted slightly and initially (for a few weeks)

Location: Sweden - Our expectations are that you are living in the Skåne region and will be on site in our Hubhult office 2-3 days per week and remaining time remotely.

You will be working globally and be prepared to travel if needed every second month. Good communication skills in English is a must. Swedish language knowledge will be beneficial. Previous knowledge about visitation systems is beneficial.

Requirements:

Plan, organise and execute projects according to decision model and applicable delivery methodology.

Manage dependencies and interfaces between projects and line organisation.

Manage time, cost, scope and quality (including sequence of activities, scheduling, resource planning, budget control, change control plan, quality assurance etc.)

Manage communication by planning and distributing relevant information to stakeholders. Perform project reporting.

Identify, mitigate, monitor and control risks.

Manage stakeholders by identifying stakeholders, planning for stakeholder management and following up on engagement.

Lead and secure a competent and high performing project team.

Manage change by supporting stakeholders in preparing receiving organisations, learning and communication activities.

Coach and/or mentor project members and peers to develop project management competence.
