Qualifications

• Extensive experience in product Management
• 7-10 years in product management
• 2-5 years in leading team
• Should have worked in Data Science and AI domain. He should have hands on experience so, he/she can understand what developers are working on and guide them.
• He should have developer experience before moving to Product Manager
• He described it as hands on leadership role.
• Good communication skill who can talk to leadership team as well as at developer level.
• Person will be bridge between leadership and development team. He should be able to understand vision of leader and translate it to development team to get work done as per vision.
• Analytical Skills, Business Analysis, and Product Management skills
• Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients
• Experience in Software Development and Agile methodologies
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration or related field
• Relevant certifications in Product Management or Agile methodologies are a plus
• Experience in client-facing roles or managing client relationships is considered a plus
