- Act as a liaison between technical engineering staff and product team customers
- Partners with business and technical teams to understand and implement product features
- Builds, maintains, communicates the product roadmap in partnership with portfolio leadership
- Performs in an agile environment, leading business needs, refines priorities, outlines milestones, deliverables, and drives activities to completion
- Create, maintain and review business process models, data flows, prototypes, business requirements, use cases, and test cases
- Translates product roadmap features into well-defined product requirements including features, epics, user stories, and acceptance test criteria
- Support user acceptance testing through test case generation, template creation, and result tracking
- Proactively identify and articulate project dependencies and risks and support in defining mitigation strategies
- Coordinates and interfaces between different product teams and systems with the Release Train Engineers
- Balance activities across related products of moderate to high complexity at the same time
- Perform data analysis that facilitates the transformation of complex data/information into actionable insights to support highly complex business processes using agile methodology
- Execute and present written and verbal business systems impact analysis
- Serve as a functional subject matter expert for multiple product epics at the same time
- Responsible for business case development and presentation of new systems and solutions
- Build and maintain working relationships throughout the firm
- Identify and make suggestions for improvements when problems and/or opportunities arise
- Develop, maintain, and track key performance indicators and key risk indicators across product teams
Qualifications Required in the Job:
Degree Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, or similar field
