Title : Product Owner

Location : Plano, TX(Hybrid)

 

Mandatory Skills : SAFe, Azure DevOps, Shipping/Logistic Domain

 

Summary:

  • 8+ years of experience working in large IT application environment as Sr. Product Owner / Product Manager
  • Expertise in gathering, analyzing & creating Business & System Requirements Documents / User Stories
  • Must have experience working on any Requirement management tools like Jira, Azure DevOps etc. Experience working with Azure DevOps is preferred.
  • Experience on working directly with clients (preferably US based) to gather business requirements, requirement development and breakdown high level client requirements to finer low level requirements or User stories.
  • Must possess sound logical and reasoning skills and should be able to grasp on complex logic/requirements
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, self-organized and proactive.
  • Understanding of multi-tier J2EE architecture, UML, SAFe.
  • Shipping/Logistic domain knowledge will be a big advantage.

 

Detailed:

  • 8+ years of experience of working in large IT application environment as a Sr. Business Analyst / Sr. PO / Product Manager
  • Exposure to SAFe, Azure DevOps (ADO)
  • Ability to create and prioritize Road map
  • Involved extensively in Production Research
  • Writing and owning the features for IT teams, while being part of the business team
  • Will be the feature SME and represent in Business and Technical discussions.
  • Create Production Data relevant to the ART releases 
  • Support UAT efforts.
  • Knowledge of Shipping/Logistic domain will be a big advantage
  • Excellent verbal & written communication, behavioral & documentation skills.
  • Excellent Interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with cross functional teams, interaction with different stakeholders, Business, Operations, technical IT teams, vendors, client senior leadership team, offshore team etc.  
  • Ability to identify problem areas and exhibit analytical skills to improve the system by studying the current practices, current systems, and the desired ideal fit
