Overview
The Product Analyst is an individual contributor role focused on managing the lifecycle of digital products, from concept to delivery. This role involves working with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business goals and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage product lifecycle with direction from the Product Owner.
Partner with Product Owner to define key product features.
Gather and write user stories and acceptance criteria.
Maintain industry knowledge to inform product roadmap.
Identify dependencies and impacts to other areas of the product.
Proxy for Product Owner when needed.
Coordinate and perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
Create training materials for internal customers.
Manage 3rd party solutions to enhance product capabilities.
Execute and analyze A/B tests.
Set up data for lower-level environments in support of the Development Team.
Serve as point of contact for Development Team regarding requirement questions.
Analyze support issues for trends and improvement opportunities.
Ensure platform stability and operational integrity through on-call rotations and defect triage.
Requirements
2-4 years of experience in Product Management, Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or a similar role.
3+ years of digital experience.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to translate technical information to non-technical partners.
Experience with Agile methodology, including story and acceptance criteria generation.
Strong documentation and communication skills.
Familiarity with Jira and/or Confluence.
Experience with AB testing and analytics platforms is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field preferred.
Customer-focused mindset and experience in fast-paced retail/e-commerce environments preferred.
Experience with enterprise e-commerce platforms and managing 3rd party vendors is advantageous.
Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall SDLC is a plus.
