Product Specialist

Product Specialist will be the developer on a small team supporting the 24x7 traffic management center operations.  Product Specialist will be responsible for both coding and analysis.  Any BA skills are a plus but are not primary. Product Specialist will receive direction from project manager and senior technical peers, and work directly with the business operations team on requirements, testing and delivery.  Candidate needs to be able to work on projects full lifecycles and with users, technical team, local and state IT resources, and diverse transportation ITS devices. There are technical on-call responsibilities rotated among the team members.  Candidate must have good business aptitude and excellent problem-solving skills.
