Position Title: Sr. Production Support Engineer/Developer (java Developer + extensive work on production support)

Mclean, VA

Hybrid, 3 Days onsite

PR Range: $80/hr. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Skill :

• Production Support
• contact center (Contact Center Application Using - NICE CX) alternative application also work.
• Development background – Java/python.
• Troubleshooting/debugging
• Testing

Plus :

• Product Support expiring in networking project.  

This is not a developer role, this is a 100% production Support position.
