Qualification
As part of our strategic expansion, we are seeking a skilled and highly motivated Program Coordinator to support the development of standardization programs in defining common building blocks of our manufacturing facility infrastructure.
The Program Coordinator will play a pivotal role in supporting the end-to-end processes of developing a comprehensive program for our second product and the essential utility infrastructure of our manufacturing facilities. This role requires a blend of technical knowledge, program management skills, and a solution-oriented mindset to ensure the successful delivery of the program from conceptualization to execution.
Responsibilities
Lead the planning, development, and implementation of the program for defining our second product and the common building blocks of our manufacturing facility utility infrastructure
Work closely with internal teams, including Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain, Project Planning, and to ensure program objectives align with the company's strategic goals and operational capabilities
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of program milestones
Develop detailed project plans, including scope, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management
Identify, assess, and mitigate risks throughout the program lifecycle
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing feedback mechanisms and best practices into program development processes
Ensure compliance with industry standards, environmental regulations, and company policies
Provide regular updates to the Engineering Center of Excellence Director and other stakeholders on program progress, challenges, and outcomes
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Data Analytics or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred
Proven experience (minimum 5 years) in program or project management, preferably in high-tech or manufacturing sectors, with a track record of developing programs from the ground up
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams
Results-focused and solution-oriented mindset, with a high level of initiative and accountability
Extensive experience with Power BI is PLUS
