- As the Senior Program Manager of Business Operations on our Member Access Platform (MAP) team, you operate with high integrity and strive to apply strong deductive reasoning in all situations.
- You are a highly organized and execution driven professional with the ability to prioritize and drive multiple key initiatives to completion.
- Directly reporting to the Head of Business Operations, you will play a critical role in aligning the MAP business and crossfunctional partners towards delivery of strategic initiatives and workstreams, driving efficiencies throughout the organization and synergy with strategic communication and change management.

- Driving key MAP initiatives to completion by partnering with crossfunctional leadership, ensuring datainformed decision making, prioritizing resources and ensuring accountability across multiple teams
- Driving informed decisionmaking and ensuring resolution of critical issues by partnering crossfunctionally to identify goals, success criteria, assumptions, risks, and known issues within the business.
- Operate as a strategic partner across MAP teams to drive connectivity, change management and Ways of Working that scale
- Identify inefficiencies and revenue risk across campaign execution and optimization
- Implement new processes, policies & optimizations through change management
- Provide status updates to leadership, escalating key issues for resolution
- Monitors adoption & effectiveness of change management rollout to identify additional change/support needed
