Job Description:
Essential Functions and Responsibilities
- Lead and be accountable for the overall product portfolio management and reporting, including idea intake, prioritization and roadmap.
- Develop new programs to help manage various initiatives that support key strategic objectives.
- Provide high level status updates on innovative, large-scale, and complex organization-wide product launches and initiatives in collaboration with executive management and various department leadership
- Interface cross-departmentally to move projects forward, interacting with leaders regularly to provide reporting on ongoing projects and initiatives
- Proactively identify and bubble up any potential concerns or risks that may jeopardize hitting predetermined deadlines or benchmarks
- Maintain a structured and well-organized approach to program management
- Facilitate effective communication among Team Members, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure all parties are aligned and informed on project progress and prioritization
- Compile concise summaries, deliverables, and updates to be shared with the executive leadership team, including the Company President and C-level executives
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning or sprint retrospective
Key Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 7 years program management experience to include product launches, IT, and enterprise project experience

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ongoing projects simultaneously in a fast-paced work environment with frequent shifts in priorities
- Proven track record of taking ownership and driving results
- Strong relationship-building skills at multiple levels within an organization
- Strong business acumen
- Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate across business and technology
