Job Description:
Establishing program governance and team structure to monitor and control the program including but not limited to:
- Program Status
- Executive Scorecard
- Key Stakeholder meeting cadence
- Change control process
- Developing a Project Program roadmap, and associated phases, timelines with key milestones and interdependencies.
- Assist and communicate the prioritization of remediating vulnerabilities to Digital Technology (DT) Stakeholders, giving DT the data needed to remediate vulnerabilities in a timely manner, in accordance with internal service level agreements (SLAs).
- Create, polish, and present PowerPoint presentations on vulnerability remediation efforts, where executive leadership can make risk-based decisions on vulnerability remediation efforts for DT Teams.
- Creating material and coordinating Program Overview meetings for Security team to ensure alignment across broader organization.
- Developing a prioritization strategy and roadmap for all identified initiatives.
- Managing and tracking backlog of newly identified initiatives and change requests.
- Establishing a knowledge base and document repository.
- Establishing communication strategy, plan, and collateral for key stakeholders.
- Overseeing and supporting the workstreams under Project Pipeline program.
Experience/SKills
- Technical skills on vulnerability analysis and management
- Experience presenting to Senior leadership (VP)
- Visualize vulnerability data to drive action items for Leadership (VP)
- Utilize the retrieve data to create action items, and be able to communicate it on business language.
