We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to organize and coordinate programs. You will provide strategic guidance to teams and project managers in ways that promote the company culture. You will also oversee the progress of operations. The ideal candidate will be an excellent leader and will have experience in managing staff of different disciplines to produce results in a timely manner. They will also be able to develop efficient strategies and tactics. The goal is to ensure that all programs deliver the desirable outcome to our organization.

Overseeing project execution, timelines, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication.

Fo1 Solid experience in Program Management
2 Experience in Health Tech industry
3 Experience in Product development specifically in SaaS products, ideally in smaller companies
4 Fantastic communication and ability to communicate to executives
5 Background in Software development and has potentially started their career as a Software developer.
6 As a PM has worked with the engineers, QA etc to deliver solutions.
7 Background in Account Management will be beneficial for us.
