Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead the implementation in a BPM tool or low-code platform. This role will be instrumental in driving digital transformation initiatives, streamlining processes, and improving operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
· Program Management:
· Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
· Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project goals.
· Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
· Manage project budgets and resources effectively.
· Process Improvement:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for automation.
· Analyze current processes and design innovative solutions using the BPM tool or low-code platform.
· Lead process reengineering efforts to optimize workflows and improve operational performance.
· Platform Adoption:
· Develop and execute a comprehensive solution based on the program charter.
· Provide training and support to end-users to ensure successful adoption and effective use of the platform.
· Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation by encouraging the use of the platform for process automation and digital transformation.
· Team Management:
· Lead and mentor a cross-functional team of technical experts, business analysts, and project managers.
· Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.
· Provide guidance and support to team members to achieve project objectives.
· Required Skills and Experience:
· Proven experience in program management, preferably in a BPM or low-code platform environment.
· Strong understanding of business process management concepts, methodologies, and tools.
· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
· Experience in leading and managing cross-functional teams.
· Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
· Knowledge of industry best practices and standards for process improvement and digital transformation.
· Experience with low-code development platforms or BPM tools is a plus.
