Job Description:
Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple, interrelated projects within a program.
Develop and manage program roadmaps, schedules, and budgets, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives.
Coordinate with project managers to ensure that individual project deliverables are integrated into the overall program plan.
Collaborate with senior leadership to define program objectives, scope, and success criteria.
Develop and implement program strategies that align with business priorities and drive value.
Act as the primary point of contact for program stakeholders, including executives, customers, and external partners.
Facilitate regular communication and updates to stakeholders, managing expectations and addressing concerns.
Identify, assess, and mitigate program risks and issues, developing contingency plans as needed.
Proactively address and resolve program-related challenges to minimize impact on delivery.
Monitor and track program performance using key metrics and performance indicators.
Prepare and present program status reports, highlighting progress, risks, and achievements.
Continuously assess and improve program management processes and methodologies.
Implement best practices and lessons learned to enhance program efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop and manage program budgets, ensuring effective allocation of resources and cost control.
Optimize resource utilization and address any resource gaps or conflicts.
Mandate Skills:
12 years of experience in program management, with a proven track record of managing complex programs and large teams.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices.
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience with budget management and financial forecasting.
Proficiency in project management tools and software preferred using JIRA.
