A quick snapshot…The Staff Program Manager plays a dual role of being customer-facing while working closely with cross-functional teams; including Product Delivery, Engineering, Product Marketing, Professional Services, Customer Success, Technical Support and more, in order to design and manage multiple projects and their teams, build new reusable templates and artifacts, troubleshoot and triage risks and issues and ensure the successful upgrade to Conga’s new platform in a timely manner.
Why it’s a big deal… This is a mission critical role for Conga dedicated to ensuring the success of our early adopter customers, who are choosing to upgrade to Conga’s platform, which will eventually lead to a proven program for all of Conga’s customers to go through, to upgrade to the platform.

Project Management Skills - The Program Manager at Conga is responsible for the program direction, planning, execution, and launch of project implementations. This role requires 10 years of both deep program management experience and the ability to translate technical platform services requirements into actionable commits with the Product team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You’re not just comfortable engaging in collaborative discussions but initiating them as well. You are skilled at reading and adapting to different communication styles and managing technical discussions. When you speak you are clear and concise. Your strong listening skills foster connection with Engineering and Product and allow you to accurately collect the right information so you can resolve issues in the most expedient way. You will be the primary point of contact for the Platform Program, providing them with information, updates, and support throughout the program. Clear and effective communication is crucial to ensure participants understand their role, responsibilities, and the program's benefits.
Time. Willingness to understand you will be working with a global team/customer base. This means you know you may not necessarily be working “9 to 5” but are willing take a call either early in the morning or late in the evening to accommodate your global team members.
Technical Skills. This role is highly technical and deep understanding of software development, platform services and Jira is crucial in this role. While developing technical solutions is not in the scope of work, being able to understand and communicate solutions is a part of daily work. You will be expected to drive conversations and challenge solutions from a program perspective to influence decisions.
Experience. Prior work experience on a Saas Software Platform; Exposure to Conga’s products and/or Salesforce.
Certifications. You’ve continued your learning through certifications like Project Management Professional, Certified Scrum Master, or other formal certifications
