Description

Responsibilities:-

Improve team operational efficiency by streamlining processes, building automation, and managing dashboards

Use business acumen and technical skills to develop practical Business Intelligence solutions

Revamp and maintain a centralized client request intake dashboard that measure engagement by client across more than 100 products we offer

Work with internal stakeholders to refresh request triage matrix and support triaging requests to appropriate product teams

Develop executive summary view of product usage by client hierarchy matrix

Develop automated Sheet tools to make it easier for Customer Relationship Managers to aggregate data from customer satisfaction surveys, perform analysis, derive insights, and create charts

Support the development of internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system

Manage internal shared drive and develop playbooks to enable our team to manage centralized data in a consistent manner and operate effectively at scale


 

Qualifications:-

5+ years of experience in end-to-end data management, including data discovery, manage unstructured data, conduct data clean up, write SQL code pull and join large datasets from multiple sources, and develop dashboards to derive business insights

5 + years of experience in building automation through Sheets or Excel (e.g. lookup formulas, if-then statements, import range)

5 + years of experience in process improvement and project management

Ability to work independently with good communication skills
