REQUIRED SKILLS:
1. 15+ years of total IT experience with at least 5 years managing large projects/ program
2. Knowledge in Digital marketing would be nice to have.
3. Strong experience working in an Onsite-Offshore model
4. Experience managing cloud and on-prem projects involving complex/ large data volumes
5. Superior problem-solving skills, leadership qualities, influencing, communicating, and consulting
skills, team/interpersonal skills
6. Experienced in executing programs in Agile methodologies and established speed of delivery
metrics demonstrating project teams productivity.
7. Strong organizational skills; works well under pressure and with minimal supervision
8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
9. Ability to manage & drive projects with metrics and data, create structure and templates as
necessary for project reviews
10. Ability to effectively drive execution and own responsibility for overall success of projects
11. Conceptual knowledge on DevOps. Azure DevOps based tickets tracking would be nice to have.
12. Knowledge on microservice architecture, web based applications and UI/UX would be nice to
have.
